Preview Properties

The ability to preview properties during the buying process to help make an informed decision on the purchase. While this isn't always feasible on fast buy opportunities it is something I like to do to get an idea on the costs.

Full service renovation

Full service renovation, bringing the house and property to a comfortable, aesthetic, and pleasant environment that people will want to stay at.

After maintenance of properties

After maintenance of properties within portfolio; part of maintaining a portfolio of short or long term rentals is in keeping them in immaculate condition, close or at the level they were when renovations ended.

Staging Properties

Staging properties, while not my sole function as a GC, we have the ability to put together furniture and stage houses if we are provided with the materials.
